当日チェックインする1時間前に予約をして向かいました。チェックイン時に私共の状態をお伝えしてイレギュラー対応していただくことになったのですが、ネガティブな内容だったにも関わらずそれをどのスタッフの方も表情に出さずにこやかに清々しい対応をしてくださいました。親子で宿泊したのですが、疲れていた息子もゆっくりと休むことが出来、大変有難かったです。時間が変わりスタッフさんが交代されても皆さんとても感じよく応対してくださり本当に涙が出るほど有難く、是非また、イレギュラーな宿泊にならない時にも利用させて頂きたいと思いました。
